  • Building Your Next Chapter, Featuring Jen Jerabek
    2025/11/25

Long before she became a mom of two fantastic daughters, Jen Jerabek graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Accountancy.

For over 10 years, Jen built an exciting career, working as a CPA for PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), during which time she spent time between the Detroit, Boston, and New York offices.

Yet, after marrying her childhood sweetheart, Jen made the tough choice that many hard-working, educated women make: she took some time off to raise their two daughters. (She channeled her career energy into volunteering for non-profits!)

In this episode, Jen will share what it’s been like (now that her daughters are teens) to go back to the drawing board and develop a brand-new career that matches both her growth as a woman and mother AND her natural curiosity about the world!

  • Chasing Challenges & Big Goals, Featuring Nadine A. Gilbert
    2025/11/04

Nadine A. Gilbert has never been a woman to play it safe.

As a teenager in Montreal, she discovered women's water polo, became a goalie, and worked her way to the Canadian national women's team... where she won a bronze medal at the 2002 FINA World Cup!

However, that was just the beginning! In addition to her experiences with water polo, Nadine earned her commercial pilot's license and became a professional pilot flying CRJs for the United Nations and Congo, and corporate jets across Europe.

She's also driven a Zamboni, flown a helicopter, scuba dived in the Great Barrier Reef, and lived in Kinshasa.

When health challenges clipped her wings in her 40s, Nadine pivoted to earn her executive MBA and now blends her backgrounds in aviation, tech, and public speaking to empower others - especially women and neurodiverse professionals - to chart bold, purpose-driven paths.

Nadine is also Director of Business Development for Zap Around, a smart travel companion with AI-powered recommendations!

She also covers how ADHD connects with executive function challenges, perfectionism, and people-pleasing... and briefly covers the process of getting a private diagnosis, and what it's like to be a sandwich-generation mom dealing with ADHD... and often raising kids who also have ADHD!

This episode is launching as a joint collaboration with Morton's newest podcast - Scattered & Spectacular!

  • Aligning With What You Truly Want, Featuring Katie Pulsifer
    2024/06/26

Katie Pulsifer grew up in the woods of Maine near the ocean but realized by her late teens that, as beautiful as it was, she felt trapped and limited by the confines of living in a small town. Realizing that the life she was living was not in sync with the person she most wanted to be, Katie dove into the wide world to discover both adventure and herself. She became a lifelong learner, as well as a teacher and leader later along the journey.

Now a successful Master-certified life coach, mother to 3 amazing young women, and happily remarried to her second husband, Katie is dedicated to empowering individuals to live extraordinary lives. She specializes in helping clients identify and transform limiting beliefs and behaviors so that they can live and act in true alignment with their own deeply held dreams and values.

In today's conversation with Infinite Capacity Podcast host Andrea Morton, Katie shares the personal story of how she became the celebrated and highly effective coach she is today - including how she navigated divorce 20 years into her relationship; what it was like to be the single mom of a growing daughter; the challenge of blending families; and why she now coaches clients to embrace 'radical self-responsibility'.

She is currently the first and only woman on the planet to have completed the 'Sea, Street, Summit Challenge' which means to swim the English Channel, run the London Marathon, and climb Mount Everest!

Something that makes her journey to accomplishing these massive goals even more unique and fun: while training for and then finally climbing the world's tallest mountain, Jessica also listened to over 3,000 episodes of her favorite radio program, Desert Island Discs, which has been a beloved classic in the UK and worldwide for over 80 years!

  • Racing The Road Less Traveled, Featuring Jennifer Morton
    2024/04/11

Off-roading has been part of Jennifer Morton’s life since childhood and has been built into her DNA for generations. Not only is Jen a beloved wife and mother, but she’s also a (badass!) off-road dirt bike racer in the 1600 class.

Since 1998 she’s been competing and winning numerous events, for example, competing in the SCORE Baja where she came in 3rd on an all-woman team in 2008. After taking time off to concentrate on raising her son (now in his 20s) Jen came back to racing in 2016 with the NORRA Mexican 1000 where she earned 1st in the modern lights class and 5th overall bike! Jen was the only woman who had ever raced that route with both a bike AND a car.

In her 26 years of racing, Jen has experienced amazing wins and devastating losses. She has learned from incredible mentors and had to make crucial, tough decisions. She’s made big sacrifices and prioritized her family. Yet Jen has seen and experienced many things that most Moms have not, as one of the leading women in the field of off-road racing.

Today on the podcast, Jennifer Morton will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone & create your own amazing legacy!

  • Lessons Taken From Neuroscience, Motherhood & UltraRunning: Stretching Beyond What You Think Is Possible - Featuring Samantha Wilson, PsyD, LCSW
    2024/03/12

Sam Wilson didn't know anything as a child about the neuroplasticity or resilience of the brain but she did know that spending time with friends laughing and being out in nature created safe spaces in which to recover and process the challenges she faced at home due to family addiction.

Inspired to attend college by friends with a more conventional childhood, Sam realized that she had a fascination with how the brain works - not just with addiction, but in all aspects. Over time her deepening interest led to multiple degrees in psychology and neuropsychology, along with earning her board certification in clinical social work.

Sam jumped into a career of service, working at first in various intense situations including Child Welfare Services and the prison system.

When another person close to her began to struggle with addiction, Sam found herself again in the grip of overwhelm and despair. Then, a close friend suggested that she give herself a breath of fresh air by joining their group for an ultra marathon... also known as 'ultra running.'

The peace and path forward she discovered in pushing her body to go the extra mile (thousands of them, over time!) has been life-changing for Sam and has helped her through many other significant life passages and hurdles since that time!

Join us today for a powerful conversation about ultra running, always having a strategy, working with your mindset to achieve more than you thought possible, the power of friendship, motherhood & loss, neuroplasticity, and the infinite capacity of women at any age!

  • There's No Manual For Motherhood, Featuring Chanelle Neilson
    2024/02/13

As a Mom of 5, Chanelle Neilson has learned a lot of things the hard way - because babies aren't born with instruction manuals and motherhood is one of those things we definitely get better at with practice.

Even now that two of her kids have become adults, there are still lots of new things to grapple with and figure out, like, what do you do when one of your newly adult kids is making a BIG life decision that's tricky to get on board with? (More on that in today's episode!)

Here's the twist - Chanelle is actually (fascinating story) a highly respected parenting expert in China where she's published a popular parenting book AND hosted a highly regarded podcast, for years, before deciding to start another podcast in the United States. With over 185 episodes, "Moms Who Know" has been widely beloved here in the USA and respected for its lens on topics like 'How To Be A Happier Parent,' and 'How To Make The Best Of Uncertainty.'

In this episode, we'll hear how Chanelle learned to balance motherhood with work, how she's managing her mindsets to deal with BIG changes in her family, and - most excitingly - Chanelle will tell us all about her dream for a 'someday' project, Mom University, a special event that she would like to host in San Diego, California where Moms would come together to relax, learn and make their 'new best Mom friend.'

The event (originally scheduled for 2024) has been postponed but the idea is wonderful and you'll love this inspiring episode!
