Shevolved is a #metoo Hollywood memoir that explores Kristen Elizabeth's journey as a professional dancer, model, and actress throughout the 90's. She details her journey and how the aftermath of multiple traumas during that time eventually led her to turn the bad things that happened to her into good by telling her story and teaching others.
During her brief career, Kristen modeled for many magazines including Playboy, was featured as an exotic dancer in the movie Showgirls, and starred in several cable TV movies. After experiencing multiple sexual assualts in front of the camera and an unexplained illness, she left her career altogether. Since then she has taught acting, modeling, and dance to thousands of students of all ages. She opened the first Exotic Dance Studio in the Midwest, was a regional guest judge on So You Think You Can Dance, returned to school to get her degree, and started multiple small buinesses.
She is currently working as an acting coach, a film intimacy professional who created the first nonprofit for Film Intimacy education (FilmIntimacy .org), and occasionally works as an intimacy coordinator for film and television in the PNW. She has a BA in Media and Film with a minor in Theatre Arts.
