Travis transitioned in March of 2024, and within 45 days, his business had already surpassed its previous size. Throughout our conversations, Travis emphasizes the importance of client relationships, retaining 95% of his clients, and onboarding 13 new households within eight weeks. His firm now manages $85 million, up from $40 million a year ago. Travis credits the independence for better client service, marketing flexibility, and efficiency gains through technology.
