概要

 Luna recalls a summer night in 2017 when her cousin Rachel called from a boarded-up farmhouse outside Parson's Ford, Pennsylvania. The property had been in their family since the 1830s, but no one had lived there for decades. Rachel was there to clean it out before the sale, but by midnight she was begging Luna to come. What Luna found in the cellar was not a body, not a ghost, but something that had been waiting in the well since before the house was built.
