  • A New Era!
    2025/10/20

Welcome to the very first episode of Being and Becoming.

This feels like such a new chapter — not just for the podcast, but for me. Over the past few months, I’ve felt a huge energetic shift, and I knew it was time to create something that truly reflects who I am now and who I’m continuing to become.

In this episode, I share why I felt called to evolve from Heal Your Human and step into something that feels more open, authentic, and aligned with the person I’m growing into. I talk about what Being and Becoming means to me, the inspiration behind the name, and how this space will unfold — through conversations about authenticity, healing, curiosity, self-discovery, and the beautifully imperfect process of change.

You’ll also hear a bit about my own spiritual awakening, how The Power of Now transformed the way I see life, and what it’s been like to find emotional freedom through presence and self-connection.

This podcast is for the in-between moments — the being, the becoming, and everything that connects them. It’s a space to explore, to feel, to question, and to simply be human.

Thank you for being here at the start of this new era with me. I’m so excited to grow together — one honest, grounded conversation at a time.

  • #34 - Honouring Endings, Welcoming Beginnings
    2025/10/03

In this episode of Heal Your Human, I (Bree) open up about the meaningful and transformative process of navigating goodbyes as Sarah, my cohost, steps away from the podcast. I share reflections on the emotional journey of parting ways, the importance of honouring when something no longer aligns, and the courage it takes to step into the unknown.

While this transition brings change, it also creates space for growth, authenticity, and new possibilities. I’ll be continuing the podcast solo, with fresh energy and evolving content to look forward to. To support this shift, and to give myself space to move through my own life transitions, the podcast will now be released every second week instead of weekly. My hope is that this conversation offers encouragement to anyone moving through their own season of change, reminding you that endings are not just about loss but also about making room for beginnings and self discovery.
