This is a real estate show not an AI show. I realize we have been talking about AI a fair bit over the past year. It is because changes in capabilities are so monumental that quite frankly it would be irresponsible not to share. What we are learning on a daily basis through the adoption of new tools and techniques.Every time you ask a chat window to perform a task it has to figure out how to perform that task from scratch each and every time. Not only is that wasteful of resources, chances are high that it will not follow the exact same process each and every time.This is where it becomes important to introduce a new concept called skills. Skills are a repeatable set of instructions that you want performed the same way each and every time. Now the idea of skills may sound foreign or even scary. The fact is, skills are now part of the AI toolkit. Skills take you from 5% effective with AI to over 50% effective. There are so many skills that have been developed that there is no need to reinvent the wheel. There are libraries of skills on the internet that you can copy and adapt. There is no need to reinvent. In fact I would suggest that if you are new to using skills, you should start with already proven skills files that you can copy, read, understand, and use. From there you can modify them to suit your work process and then take a step further to create a skills file from scratch. But don’t start typing a skills file from a blank page. Describe what you want to accomplish and ask AI to create the first draft of the skills file for you.
