I grew up in South Texas and still consider it home, and if you're looking to buy, sell, invest, or move to the Corpus Christi area, then this is the podcast for you.

I'll be sharing new episodes weekly with you with some of my amazing real estate investing friends from all across the country on strategies that are working in the Corpus and South Texas markets, along with local boots on the ground experts who are helping investors like you, me, and new homeowners to buy and sell real estate ranging from residential to commercial to land sales! I'm really, really excited about this podcast and how we are planning to help deliver amazing content to you weekly. I was doing some research recently and found that there really wasn't a steady real estate investing podcast focused just on the Corpus Chisti, Texas market, and as somebody who's been investing for over 20 years and invested millions in the area, who loves South Texas, even with all the growing pains that we seem to have from time to time, I want to take the time to help you identify opportunities, problems, and issues if you're investing here in Corpus and surrounding markets. We'll be covering a lot of stuff, not just brisket and barbecue and all the things, but we'll be talking about a variety of strategies that are working, and vendors who can help you take your real estate investing to the next level.

Whether you're buying your first home, your first investment property, or you've bought millions in real estate, this is the podcast for you. We'll also be interviewing folks who are running different real estate investment clubs, talking with local investors on their latest fix and flips or strategies that are working, and a ton of case studies along the way. You can expect at least two episodes from us on a weekly basis, one on Wednesday to help you get you through the hump day with a local expert, and then also on Friday with an expert who is doing big things out there that you may want to tackle too.
