Patrick Francey – The MindShui Way: Real Estate, Entrepreneurship, and Human Performance

Patrick Francey is one of Canada’s most respected voices in real estate investment education and personal development. As the long-time CEO of the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN), he has spent over four decades guiding entrepreneurs and investors toward financial freedom—equipping them with systems, tools, and insights that have supported more than 43,000 property transactions worth over $5.3 billion.

But Patrick’s story isn’t only about numbers. It’s about transformation.

Through his acclaimed podcast The Everyday Millionaire, he has held conversations with entrepreneurs, leaders, and athletes who look “ordinary” on the outside yet have achieved extraordinary results. He draws out not just their strategies, but the mindsets and values that carried them through setbacks, uncertainty, and success.

Together with his wife, Olympic-level mental performance coach Steffany Hanlen-Francey, Patrick co-founded MindShui™, a movement he calls “Feng Shui for the Mind.” The MindShui Way clears the mental clutter that keeps high-achievers stuck—hidden beliefs, outdated identities, and unaligned values—so they can accelerate clarity, execution, and purpose across all areas of life.

Patrick’s approach bridges macro-economics, entrepreneurship, and human performance. He translates complex real estate and market cycles into actionable strategies for investors, while also coaching leaders to navigate uncertainty, overcome identity traps, and design lives grounded in Health, Freedom, and Purpose. At the heart of his philosophy is a belief he repeats often:

“High performance is a result of low tolerances.”
