このコンテンツについて
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re juggling a lot and running on auto-pilot. In this episode, Dr. Phyllis shares a moment that shook her and helped her realize the importance of being fully present. Presence is where strength is restored, and God sees every moment you choose to slow down rather than just push through.
Dr. Phyllis shares three ways God renews you in the hard places. First, spiritually, through faithful presence, allowing His strength to fill you even when you feel depleted. Second, emotionally, through self-acknowledgement, taking a moment to recognize how you feel and what you need. Third, physically, through rest and support, because running on auto-pilot without care for yourself drains your body and mind.
She reminds us that life can feel demanding and often the appreciation we receive from others can feel fleeting or expected. Even so, God sees every late night, every early morning, every hard decision, and every unseen act of love. Slow down when you can, focus on one way to renew yourself this week, and remember that you don’t have to be perfect—just keep showing up.
