Had superb results

Very effective!

This Yoga Nidra meditation is beautifully executed.I was feeling wired and overtired when I put it on, and it managed to calm my mind and centre me so well that I couldn't tell you how it ended because I fell fast asleep, which is exactly what I wanted!

Medicine for insomnia

Works for me

The book is excellent and the voice calm and relaxing, really feels as if you where in the same room listening . the practice is really very simple: you are lying down and following the voice. The results are so amazing that I really think I'm going to dedicate myself to meditation more intensely.
