It's Really A Superbook

I am not a big fan of self-help books, diet and fitness books, or investing and financial freedom books. And I try not to read material that’s related to any of these subjects. This book is the complete opposite, I must say.
When I looked up to the “vagus nerve” topic, this book immediately got my attention. Superbook?? Is this some kind of marketing trick trying to grab my attention? Anyway, it did grab my attention and kept it for the whole 6 hours.
The book contains the exact information I wanted: Nervous system functions and descriptions, anatomy, and physiology of the vagus nerve (this part was especially interesting). What else? I really enjoyed the part with breathing and meditation exercises. The author says that they can stimulate your vagus nerve. Interesting. I also enjoyed the writing style a lot. This guy is a master of making things simple and easy to understand. When compared to other books on the same subject, this one really stands out, and in a good way.
Would I recommend it to other people? Sure, if you are looking for more in-depth information on this particular subject, look no further. This is your best book!

It was worth it

I found so many fascinating topics in this audiobook. For example:
1) How to lose weight while simulating your vagus nerve
2) Practical exercises to do every day
3) A complete meal plan to keep me on track (need to get a PDF version)
4) A bunch of nice theories and simple-to-understand instructions.
Overall, I think this book is an amazing resource for anyone who wants to learn more about the vagus nerve or the nervous system in general. Thank you very much!

Informative

Informative and useful

This book covered a lot do interesting topics: 12 cranial nerves, autonomous nervous system, vagus nerve functions, practical exercises and so on… Most of these topics were related to the main one. I think I got enough knowledge and the right explanations to explain WHAT IT IS and WHAT IT DOES to others.

I loved those 4 exercises

I already tried 2 of them because they didn't consume much of my time. What were the benefits?
Instant relief, less anxiety, physical relaxation – these are just a few of many. I will definitely recommend this book to my friends and family who struggle with stress and anxiety.

This is a combo book

This is a combination of two great books:
#1 focuses more on theory and how the vagus nerve actually work
#2 is more towards actual practice and how you can use that knowledge to activate your vagus nerve.
I highly recommend this book!

Useful material

The first time I’ve heard about the vagus nerve was roughly 3-4 years ago in a health conference. I didn’t pay much attention to it because I didn’t see that as a possible health issue until I had dealt with it myself. My doctor told me that I have a semi-active vagus nerve, and I need to look for solutions and exercises to stimulate it. This was when this book came into play. It has some nice theory, explanations, and practical and useful exercises that can help improve its function.

Indepth experience

Stimulate your nervous system

Simulation exercises were the part I was most interested in. I am not a big fan of reading about how it works. I am the type of person who likes to use stuff and not just learn for the sake of learning.

Two-minute exercise

This was probably my favorite part. I am now really a fan of meditation or weight-loss diets, but this book hooked me in.
