New Information makes this book best the audio!
The book is well written - easy to listen and covers a fair bit of ground. The tone is pleasant and avoids the potential trap of hectoring - an easy fallback position when the primary concept is about self-discipline. Instead, Josh Wellman focuses on the benefits of self-control and interprets "discipline" as mental toughness - a worthy goal in its own right.

Awesome and inspiring book!
I like the how the background and purpose for each principle was explained in an easy to understand manner. I took a lot of notes and learned a lot that I will be applying to my life. This is a recruitment best audiobook

Must audiobook!!!!!
Life-changing book!!! I recommended it to all of my friends and family. It’s definitely something I will keep forever & listen to multiple times. As I was listening to this book I noticed my self-discipline changing. Of course, it takes time but I’m much closer than I was before!

An educational approach, with research and laws to back up the idea, but very easy to understand. The well-written book would recommend for anyone who wants knowledge or struggling with any area of discipline and self-control.

I have listen many books about our topics and am an expert in Talent Acquisition, it's by far the most complete and insightful book I have listen. For expert source the first part will bring some new ideas. Definitely a must listen if you are recruiting or interested in recruitment activities

Wonderfully informative and readable.
I am very interested in the HR process and this book took out a lot of the mystery in a way that was accessible and easy to remember. I think students will enjoy this book for the same reasons and commend the authors on making such an important topic fun to study!

Great resource for employers
Its pretty straight forward but still a pretty good audio book. Its not written for non-business oriented listeners. Its written so that an employer hiring personel would understand and benefit from listening it. Buy this book.

I love this book. This book had me guessing at every turn! A few things were easy for me to spot and guess at but that’s okay! I quickly grew to love all succeed. I will be listening to the next book and whatever else is next!

Great resource for employers.
I choose this book because finding the right employee is one of the hardest tasks for a business.
This book listens like a user's manual, thorough and concise. It gives an outline for recruiting and hiring personnel. Helps gauge employee packages in relation to their experience. Recruitment strategies; both internal and external. I would say that this book more than covers most businesses hiring needs
