terrible narrator.

the text may be helpful but you'll never know it by listening to this book. listening to the narrator reminded me of listening to my classmates in school being forced to read aloud. it was more like a race to complete the words on the page rather than an attempt to impart knowledge. I cannot get beyond the first five minutes. what a complete waste of money.

Great ideas, poor performance

Not to be mean to Eddie but the performance is pretty mediocre. if you want to try a similar Russ Harris book, The Confidence Gap has many of the same concepts but much better reading. But this is a life transforming book so maybe struggle with the reading anyway.

Great content. Worst Voice ever

The content is great! The voice reading this book is horrifying and annoying. Bummer. Bad choice.

Insighful and Motivational

Loved it and the exercises are very satisfying to complete. It's a book to keep and refer back to. I live the quote "being human is being imperfect".

The narrator is awful! Don't waste your money

I bought this audiobook but switched off after a couple of minutes because the narrator's voice is very annoying. Russ Harris is a brilliant author and facilitates the Happiness Trap course excellently, but I am gutted I have wasted a credit on this.
