Nice audio book.

This is a great audio book and has helped an anxious teen. Activities are quick and meaningful have just started this with my shy child and it seems to have very good ideas.

Nice audio book.

A colleague recommended this resource and it appears to be a good one for the clients in a program that I am working with. The clients symptoms are severe and this offers techniques I can use with them. This audio book arrived on time.

Excellent audio book.

Wonderful audio book.

Fantastic audio book for teens with social anxiety. I use it in my professional counseling work on a regular basis. Nice combo of CBT and ACT concepts used.This is a great audio book and has helped an anxious teen. Activities are quick and meaningful.

How I Learned to Be Myself

I know I have this anxiety disorder and it’s hard opening this up to anyone. I’m glad I have listened to this audio because somehow it helped me define myself. I know I’m not that worst yet but I can feel the change in me after listening to this. Thank you so much.

Interesting

I feel so associated with this. I can’t stop listening. The author is very sensitive about bringing up this issue. This is highly recommended for those who feel like they are having some social issues. Before it could get worse, this audio could help them.

Good Mental Health Book

Not many people know that the number of people affected by this disorder is getting high. Listening to this made me realize how important to be connected to myself. The author is great at delivering ideas on how to overcome this disorder.

This book is very realistic

It felt realistic. And most importantly, at least 80% of what it has recommended has worked within a week. I feel so much better already and last night I was able to strike up a conversation with a complete stranger, something i would have found very difficult in the past.

I learned so much from this book

I learned so much from this book, helping me to finally deal with some quite deep-rooted issues with social situations and the anxiety i had about these things. Its not been an overnight cure but a gradual process over the past few weeks which have made tackling these issues and social situations so so much easier.

The tone of this book is very comforting

Listening to this book honestly changed the way I think about social anxiety completely. It covers all the bases - everything from protecting yourself online to coping with and preventing panic attacks - but there's something about it that's just different from other audio books on this subject.
