Needs PDF worksheets like other books by Burns

It’s a good book. But useless without either an ebook or paper book copy. There’s no worksheets included as there is with Feeling Good, Feeling Good Together (available for free on another website) and Feeling Great.

This book should not be offered as an audio book!

The auto hi emphasizes the importance of the written exercises, - why would you even offer an audio book ?!?!?

Miss the handbook

If one could get the handbook or a link where to buy it - that would be good, as the audio is referring to the exercises throughout the audio- and without the handbook with all the exercises - the audio book- is great, but 'limping' as one 'should' :) do them along with the reading/ Beatrice Rhodes
