This book is mind altering.
This book is mind altering. Taking off the negative lens of sensationalism and catastrophizing is gift. I can see why the Gates' find this to be an important book given the work of their foundation.

I like this.
This book is amazing. You will come away with a different perspective of how you see the world. It's basic explanation of how we may unrealistically see the world and the people around us has me looking at everything differently.

Sometimes you come across information that makes you think a little differently than you did before and you say to yourself that really makes sense. This book is one of those opportunities to think a little differently. A very educational experience.

Fantastic book.
Fantastic book. Engaging, thought provoking, funny, insightful, educational. I had no idea about most of the trends discussed. The information on Iran was provocative - I had to share it with family and friends.

Useful.
Everyone should listen this book. Hans uses indisputable data to show that the world is improving, in many cases quite rapidly, despite having a long way to go in some areas.

Those seeking out this type of work will likely not be surprised by the contents but will almost certainly be motivated to find ways to share fact fullness as a way of life.

Extraordinary book.
I really enjoyed this book, eye opening to an experience I have wanted to know more about. It gives the history, positives and negatives of the experience, and doesn't sugar coat it.

Good.
They provide practical steps through which we can overcome the hold of such inclinations. I learn here that to combat the straight line instinct is to continually remind myself that curves comes in variants, and that, at the end of the day, most of our issues cannot be adequately represented by a straight line.

This is a fantastic book.
This is a fantastic book. Honestly I truly appreciated the entire book.Really glad to peruse it.I would prescribe to any individual who contemplates a wide range of worldwide issues. I was really awed by how much valuable data is crushed in such a short book.

Clear summaries and analysis,excellent discussion.
This is a very helpful book to get the misdirected hysteria and hyperbole our of our daily discourse. Quite humbling to read this book and realize how many things you think you know are wrong. makes you wonder how many others things we are all wrong about.

Marvelous.
I highly recommend listening Factfulness. Learning about material improvements to the human condition is exciting. But I also recommend it because it offers sound guidance about how to interpret the barrage of information presented to us daily.

Great Listen.
The world is improving and is much better than what most people think. Following the idea about our successful situation, the author presents a popular cognitive psychology about our inappropriate "instincts" that are responsible for this failure to perceive the right situation and suggests some common-sense rules how to overcome these "instincts".

Something to reflect on
I feel the same as the author for a good while now. I am glad to see someone has put proper words on it to be shared.
