Lots of Great Stretches

I had no problems finding some great new stretches for my lower back and hips. Those areas had been bothering me for quite some time and they are feeling much better after a week of stretching!

Helped a lot

I have been suffering through some left leg pain lately and a chiropractor told me I need to stretch it out regularly to keep the pain down, so this book is helping me to know which exercises work for that.

Amazing book

The good thing with stretching is that it is recommended for any age therefore age is not a limit. From this book, I have learned how to stretch properly. There are four categories of stretching that is dynamic, ballistic, static, and isometric.

Interesting

Stretching is simply lengthening your muscles and is very important. Stretching comes with many benefits including, improved balance and coordination, improved posture, prevention of injuries, reduction of muscle soreness, maximized flexibility and range of motion throughout your body.

A great listen overall.

This book provides an extremely thorough overview of stretching as a form of physical activity in and of itself. Too often it is seen as an afterthought, and this book brought it into the light. There are even routines to follow, so a person getting no started isn't overwhelmed! A great listen overall.

All the levels running workouts

Great running workouts are included in this audiobook. It is easy to press play and start to follow the exercises, even if you are a beginner. It was my first time doing follow-along workouts, and I reckon is a great way to do exercises!

Very motivating!

I loved the explanations and benefits of poses. They were thorough yet short and to the point. The author takes it a step further and discusses how to make yoga a habit and better yourself and your quality of life. Very motivating!

It's inspirational and pow wow

This book is both background information you should and want to know and the exercise/pictures, too. This book is excellent for putting your running plan and accumulated knowledge from everywhere into perspective. It's inspirational and pow wow all in one source.

Wow Book

Agree with several others that this covers many, many key issues with running. I have some books that are better on specific parts of running, however, this is the best overall book I have. I bought two additional books for friends.

Great grab
