This is a nice, easy to listen to a book for personal development. I even decided to listen to it together with my teen each night. Love this book and Robert V Brighton. Very inspirational person. The real goal of this book is to be easy to listen to the introduction.

I really liked this book and found good

I really liked this book and found it to contain a lot of good advice. The chapter a day lay out with daily assignments heped me put what the author was saying into practice. I've listen a lot of self-help books and really thought this was one of the better ones

It was so much informative

It was so much informative. I am an educator and had a few episodes of strep throat a year ago. Each time this school year I have felt debilitated, do some recuperating codes and wake up the following day with no agony in my throat and sinus' unmistakable. Definitely recommend!
