Love this book

This book explains exactly why I love rainy days, the buildup to Christmas, winter days, cosy days in, that feeling of getting in out the rain, snuggled on the sofa with a blanket and cuppa watching an old movie. Gotta love a bit of hygge.

A Good Intro to Minimalism & Hygge

This is a wonderful introduction to Minimalism & Hygge. It has caused me to reevaluate how I look at the moments in my life, even the moments I'm not crazy about and try include more Hygge in them. I recommend this book! It's the perfect listen with a good cup of coffee.

Experiencing an awakening.

This has been the most important book I've ever listen. I feel Hygge can help me become a healthier and happier person. I`m already looking at life with a different perspective. I just wish I'd heard about it earlier.

This book is a great introduction to the author approach to using cognitive skills to enhance the quality of life. Nice book !

I have listen other books on Hygge but this really explains the Hygge way of living so that it really made me want to incorporate it into my lifestyle. I thought it was just a way to get through the winter months but it is really a lifestyle for year round living. Great concept!
