Awesome audiobook
This audiobook does a good job of explaining why not to eat certain foods and why fats are good for you. It also goes into the different proteins, how many carbs each type of food has. It tells you what a starchy and non starchy fruit and vegetable are and how surprised I was to learn how many carbs that some of them have.

Everyone interested in Keto should listen this
I've benefited a great deal from the author on-point Keto information from their books, blog and Facebook pages, but the science provided in this book blew me away!! I have several of their other books and even the cook books always provide good basic 'how to' and 'why' info about Keto, which I truly appreciate.

This book is by far the best book on Keto I have
This book is by far the best book on Keto I have ever listen. I call it my Keto Bible. There is a wealth of information in this book. It goes into such detail on how the human body functions. I learned so much from this book. I never knew just how important my liver really was to me until I listen Keto.

Great book! It has a lot of information and it’s obvious these two have lived the lifestyle and worked through the hurdles that one may encounter starting keto and trying to lose weight with keto. All doctors recommending keto should listen this book before they go spouting off suggestions and then making their patients feel like failures when they don’t lose weight like crazy.

This explains everything in this audio book
It made the keto way of eating so easy. I was a little lost before this book. I liked the fact that she took the time to explain the why and how of everything. I am on my 4th book! I love the easy recipes, and of course the regained health and weight loss.

I could understand what was going on and why my body would react the way it does to certain foods. I think a lot has to do with my mental clarity I have gotten since starting the keto way of eating in September, and getting my thyroid optimized last summer. This book has been a godsend and I recommend it to everyone who complements me or my husband on our recent weight loss.

I love, love, love this book! Excellent detailed information for the beginner explaining the "why" without being too technical. I have listen it twice and keep going back to double check my understanding. Looking forward to purchasing a cookbook next. Highly recommended. I've seen reviews complain about "repetitiveness" and I have to disagree.

East to listen, lots of helpful insights in audio
I have had a lot of misinformation given to me and many others on how to follow this way of life (WOL). I have read A LOT of information over the past couple of years on this topic as I am a nurse and need to know what I am doing is healthy for me. This book is a wonderful addition to anyone's library whether your new to keto or just need some updated information to help you along.
