Narration in the book is fully similar to the name

I liked it. I have been going through DBT to deal with some anxiety and this gave me a greater understanding of why we do certain activities and exercises certain ways and it really has helped me get the most of my sessions.

This audible is an exceptionally educational

This is an easy to use audio book with educational info and helpful exercises. I am just starting to use it. However I have used the The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills audio Workbook.

Acknowledging learning audiobook

It's a great audio book to know about Dialectical Behavior Therapy. This audio book was very simple to listen and understand. I have been studying dbt and this audio book is very informative and helpful.

Concise and direct to the point

Fantastic and functional book for anyone who wants to help themselves from the inner core. My opinion is that this book can be used by anyone suffering from slight to great amount of mental illness.
