Decent

The book is well written and helps getting you on the path of managing Anxiety. The only negative is ,while being mostly scientific, author sneaks in with religious brick and smack you on the head and before you know what happened author is back to scientific talk and waiting for next opportunity to squeeze in God's idea in the narrative. I don't mind spirituality talk even tarot cards for fun. just don't appreciate the suggestion of omnipotent omniscient and omnipresent brings any value to recovering from mental health issues.

Excellent advice on everyday living.

An easy to listen and uplifting take on the subject. Oriented more toward developing a positive outlook on life. Excellent advice on everyday living. Not clinical or dry in it’s presentation. Advice that is practical and easy to follow. Might not be quite detailed enough for significant anxiety or depression, but definitely should help.
