Very educational and fun to listen to.

I recommend this to anyone who might be suffering from depression, anxiety or negative thinking. It helps you understand how to get yourself out of the rut by thinking differently about any given situation. It's easy to understand and not too clinical.

Very Informative!

This audio book can be used as a resource to help a person break bad habits, learn how to control anxiety, and also show so many ways to use this book. There are several chapters within this audio book that I found very useful and will be looking at again. I have enjoyed learning more about CBT and this author knows what he is talking about.
