このコンテンツについて
In this episode, we dive deep into the sacred, uncomfortable, and profoundly healing terrain of the body. I'm joined by Nancy Yerger, a brilliant somatic therapist who offers powerful insight into what it really means to begin again - to meet ourselves in the muck, to feel what's been long buried, and to trust the wisdom stored in our nervous system.
This is a must-listen for anyone feeling numb, overwhelmed," frustrated with still having something left after lots of healing work", or just off, and longing for a deeper way back home.

About Nancy Yerger, LMT, TTT
Nancy Yerger is a somatic therapist and Trauma Touch Therapist based in Colorado Springs. After a midlife divorce, she started over, moving across the country in her 50s to study massage therapy in the high desert of New Mexico. Ten years later, she went deeper, training in Trauma Touch Therapy and now teaching Level 2 at the Colorado School of Healing Arts. Her work is rooted in embodied healing, and guiding women gently back to themselves...one breath, one layer, one truth at a time.
