Highly recommended

Positive aspects

My experience with this guide was very good. Ideal

Unlike other books, I like this guide because it makes mention of the problem, in this case attachment in relationships, but also offers suggestions for a more secure attachment style that is easier to cope with without damaging the relationship. I really liked this audiobook.
