Helpful and informative

This is an excellent audiobook for anyone who either suffers from an anxiety disorder or has a family member with an anxiety disorder. This audiobook takes time to explain the various disorders as well as the symptoms and offers some strategies of how to manage anxiety.

Really great for reducing stress

Very helpful

Very helpful in understanding how to deal with anxiety. There was also a lot of good analogy and rationale mixed in, which helps me remember what to do, and when to apply that advice.

I really have not had anxiety in weeks

My brain starts to wander and worry...and with this audiobook...it dissipates more and more every day to mostly nothing now. I really have not had anxiety in weeks. This guy is on target!

CHANGED MY LIFE OF ANXIETY

This author hit the nail on the head with my anxiety. I didn't sleep for days on end with worrying and anxiety. I am not kidding...Since listening to this audiobook, I barely have any anxiety at all and am getting much better sleep than I have had in a long time.

Very different but very good

I was a little dubious but feel like i got a lot more from this book than i had ever expected. I have been working on the tools and advice for almost a week now and already feel a lot better, progress which I hope will continue now.

Great read! Highly recommended!

I listened to this book over the course of a few months and enjoyed it alot. It's especially helpful at times when anxiety is at its highest, and can be a bit like having an emergency therapist in your pocket.

This is something that really works

Suffered from shyness and social anxiety for much of my teenage and adult life and i have tried everything from hypnosis to numerous books. This one was different. It had actual advice I could follow. Am i totally cured? No of course not, it is not that simple but i am a LOT better and feel i get better every single day.

Effectively combat your anxiety
